I recently went to a bodybuilding event to support my wife who is a figure competitor. Just being there got me thinking about all the hard work that leads up to the final event. The competitors discipline themselves and spend hours in the gym every week, monitor their diet, practice their routines, and then reveal it all to be judged by others. Building your brand is no different.
To build a brand that’s lasting and effective, requires a lot of strategy, forethought, resources, and discipline. What is your mission, vision, values, and purpose? Have you thought about brand equity, target market, messaging? What tactics do you plan to use for brand awareness?
So as you can see, it’s more than just having a pretty logo.
