Job Title: Copywriter/Communications Specialist, Part-Time (potential to go full-time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our team on-site and contribute to the development of compelling brand narratives and engaging marketing content. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for conducting brand narrative research, crafting brand narratives, and delivering captivating presentations to convey brand stories effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in writing web page content, brainstorming campaigns, and developing communication plans for marketing initiatives.


  • Conduct brand narrative research to understand brand identity, values, and messaging.
  • Write compelling brand narratives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand strategy.
  • Develop web page content that is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts.
  • Assist brand manager in brand archetype analysis to identify the brand’s personality and voice.
  • Proofread and edit copy for CEO communications to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Conduct interviews with individuals for blog posts and newsletters to gather insights and stories.
  • Research blog topics and write engaging and informative blog articles.
  • Write compelling e-blasts to engage subscribers and drive action.
  • Develop engaging social media posts that align with brand voice and resonate with the target audience.
  • Write video scripts to convey brand messages effectively in visual content.
  • Craft press releases to announce company news and events.
  • Develop PowerPoint content for presentations and marketing materials.


  • Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong research skills and ability to gather information from various sources.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
