Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team full-time in our Lebanon, OH office. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually engaging and innovative designs that align with our brand’s vision and goals. You will work closely with our creative team to produce a wide range of print and digital assets, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand standards and project goals.
• Maintain and update existing design templates and assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate these into your work.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including branding, typography, and layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:

• Photography skills, including photo editing and retouching.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with tools like Adobe XD or Figma.
• Experience working in an in-office collaborative environment.
